TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre international certified laboratory program is proud to announce Functional Orthotic Design (FOD) ,an Australian based laboratory, to have successfully completed the laboratory certification for the manufacture of oral devices for TMD, Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). As a certified lab, Functional Orthotic Design  has received over 60 hours of rigorous hands-on training in addition to completing coursework over three years of study on Functional anatomy of TMJ, Microanatomy, Non-Invasive evaluation of Tissue Pathology, Joint Vibration Analysis, Electromyography, Diagnostic Imaging, Clinical & Posture Exams, Basic Diagnosis Tools, How to Find CR. Functional Orthotic Design owner, Shaun Strang has exhibited the quality and accuracy necessary in order to comply with standard protocols established by Dr. Steven Olmos. Shaun’s commitment to excellence has given Dr. Olmos the confidence to recognize and support Functional Orthotic Design as a designated manufacturing arm for the Australian market.
